Our board meetings usually take place the second Sunday of the Month. Every year in March we hold our AGM(Annual General Meeting). During our AGM we have an election of officers who's term are up for that year.
OUR NEXT BOARD MEETING WILL BE HELD ON APRIL 26TH FROM 6PM TO 9PM IN THE WES CRILE MEETING ROOM.
All Club Members are Welcome to attend any of our Board Meetings. We would encourage you all to come!
SPECIAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
For the purpose of processing election of newest board seat approved at the 2014 AGM meeting.
2014 Annual General Meeting the membership approved the addition of a fifth member to the board, to be referred to as VICE PRESIDENT-2.
This changed the board from a 4-member to a 5-member board.
The intent was to better manage growing demands of a rapidly growing club, and to increase the depth of leadership.
The Vice President-2’s responsibilities as defined in the club by-laws include:
1. In the absence of the Vice President-1, the Vice President-2 shall be vested with all of the powers and perform all of the duties of the Vice President-1.
2. The Vice President-2 shall be responsible for Fund raising, Sponsorships and Public Relations activities of the Deltona Youth Soccer Club in addition to any other special assignments which, from time to time, may be given by the President or the BOD.
3. The Vice President-2 shall supervise and direct the activities of the Marketing, Club Communications, & Fundraising Committees of the DYSC.

Candidate information will be posted online for membership review for 30-days prior to election. A Special election will be held on Sunday April 26th for the purpose of the club membership to participate in the election of this position.
(DYSC is operated by volunteer club members for the club members. Whether you decide to run or not, we hope you will mark your calendars and consider attending if not each board meeting at least the Annual Election meeting in March.)
